Store policy
General policy
You must be 18 years of age or older to buy Rifle or Shotgun ammunition.
You must be 21 years of age or older to buy handgun ammunition.
Concealed carry by those with a concealed carry permit is permitted in the store.
Open carry in the store is permitted for those legally allowed to do so.
Please make sure the firearms being brought into the store to sell, list for consignment, or have gunsmithing done to, are unloaded.

Payments
Dave’s Firearms and Fishing Shop LLC accepts cash, credit cards and checks for payment. Bounced checks get a $45.00 chargeback fee added to your total and are turned over to the local magistrate for criminal prosecution.

Warranty
All warranties are from the factory. Dave’s Firearms and Fishing shop LLC will assist you in obtaining warranty work, but we do not provide warranty work.

Returns
All Firearm sales are final. There are no returns on new or pre-owned firearms.
All NFA item sales are final. There are no returns on NFA items. (Silencers, Short barreled rifles, etc.)
All special-order sales are final. There are no returns on special orders.
All ammunition sales are final. Please make sure you purchase the ammunition you meant to purchase.
Used, pre-owned and Consignment items of any type are final sales an ineligible for return.
Fishing gear and firearm accessories are eligible for return as long as the package is not open.
Returns must be accompanied by a receipt, with the original packaging and in saleable condition.
